I was told two different days that the repairs would be finished. Received a text on Monday saying it would be done Tuesday. Waited all day Tuesday. Received a text at 6 PM that it would we done Wednesday. Waited all day Wednesday. Nothing else communicated. Call on Thursday for update. Put on endless hold. After 25 minutes, hung up and called back. Receptionist had just forgotten I was on hold. Thankfully, I hadn’t made plans to return my rental on the premise that my car would be completed on Tuesday as it wasn’t finished until Thursday evening.
