Experience was great, work was great, but the battery was not reconnected well after the work was completed. The van started fine when we picked it up, but after parking it at home, my husband tried to restart it to leave again and there was no power. He is mechanically inclined, so he knew what the issue was right away, but if it had been me, or we had not driven it straight home first, we would have been stranded and had a major inconvenience.
