With two failed attempts to pick up my car, and each time being lied to about the repairs and the final and 3rd time I just took my car completely unhappy. Instead of like I was told, that another hood was being ordered and painted, instead you all just painted my fenders and part of my bumper. Now my doors have over spray, the Toyota logo has glue on it along with a bunch of defects all over the hood. After being without my car for a month and borrowing someone’s else car I was forced to pay for this unacceptable service. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

The repair was terrible, the worst I’ve experienced from a car repair company. Caliber is the worst automobile repair company in the world, in my opinion. Im not sure why Progressive insurance even uses them as an authorized repair company. - terrible Paint job( my car has sanding spot, polish spots, burrs, dirt inclusions, poor spraying quality, etc.) -low quality parts(hood, door trim) -first they didn’t replace my front and back door trim from hail damage. -glue on my car logo -my car has paint overspray and feels like sandpaper -my car now is 2 different colors -left paint on my lights & seal -didn’t align/adjust my hood After the second failed attempt to pick up the car they decided to painted my fenders to match the hood, so now the part they painted does not match the doors or the lowers part of the front bumper and the rest of my car.

Caliber Collision was exceptional at keeping me updated on the progress of my car. Tan was very friendly and cordial and always had a smile. Melanie was very patient with me and nice. The place looks very clean and they have popcorn with seasonings! I would recommend Caliber Collison for any car service needed.

The folks at Caliber Collision went above and beyond to help me after our car was struck by a deer. They worked with our auto insurance provider to make the process seamless and smooth. The car looks better than ever. We will definitely return again if the need arises…hopefully not deer related.
