Overall happy with the repairs. I think the paint match was good but paint quality is what I felt was lacking and keeps me from rating it higher. As I took a closer look I saw quite a few either air bubbles or specs maybe dirt specs in the paint along the bottom of the door. It’s really not noticeable unless you are looking really close so I felt it was something I could live with.

I felt very well taken care of. I felt my questions were answered honestly my concerns were heard and addressed. I brought the truck back day after I got it back and the team addressed some scratches left in the clear coat on the spot and fixed it right then and there. Everyone I encountered was kind and personable with good attitudes.

Alex & the Team did Amazing. They kept me up to date in real time and the work was completed within 3 days. The origional expected time frame was 2-3 weeks. I highly recommend them! They made the process of getting a rental set up easier than ever!
