The repair looks perfect. What we weren't expecting was the complimentary cleaning. I truly did not recognize the car in the parking lot. Wonderful staff guided us through our claim. The whole experience was great!

I was very impressed how much work they did to my car and how fast they got there job done. They had an estimated day when the car was supposed to be ready, but I was mind blowing that I got two weeks in advance that my car was ready to go!

So far the work appears to be done well. However, when I was pushed to Mon (OK), I wish I had a time frame to epect the work to be done. Caliber comes hightly recommended.

My temperature control is broken - this was missed during your procedures. I am assuming that you will not be responsible for fixing this since it was missed. In this heat why would I be blowing hot air? The mechanic turned it off and did NOT understand why it was in - should have contacted me at this time. Please let me know if you are going to fix this.
