I am so disappointed- 1 I was lied to 2. I was laughed at 3. I brought in a black car to get fixed due to an accident that was not my fault and while the car was in your shop it got rained on with some white paint so now the whole car is covered with small tiny white spots. Your person tried to convince me that it was like that when brought in, which it wasn’t. It only had some pollen and a little dirt. A detailer is coming at your expense next week, but I am extremely concerned that they will not be able to fix this. So frustrating and disappointing to have to deal with this because of an accident that wasn’t my fault.
