If I could give an 11, I would! Start to finish, the staff at Caliber was fantastic! My initial phone call was warmly received by the office manager, the receptionist was friendly and led me through the paperwork, and the person leading the repairs took care to explain the process, what to expect, what repairs would be done, provided updates, and took time to explain what they did when it was time to pick up my car.
