Jay made sure the paint job was meticulously perfect. The car looked like new when I picked it up. Communication was good. So far all is ok. I’m aware I can call if any concerns come up down the line.

I had a fantastic customer service experience with Brianna and Jay. Overall, I am satisfied with the repairs to my vehicle. One small area for improvement: once I got home I found splotches of metallic paint around the exterior and interior door handles. It was annoying and I felt like I should not have been returned that way, but I was able to remove it with rubbing alcohol. 9 out of 10 stars overall.

Alex at Caliber Collision in Tualatin Sherwood was amazing help. He was super understanding of what my car needs were, and was super good at keeping me updated. My integra looks amazing and took way less time to get repaired than I expected and my cherry on top was my car being turned in super clean😊 definitely going to you guys if ever needed and recommending to friends and family!
