Horrible experience. It would be a zero except they did in fact fix my car. I can’t believe this shop is still in business. The only reason they are is because they have contracts with insurance companies. I will actively not recommend this shop to anyone. I should have had a fixed car a month ago but literally every conversation I had with them was wrong at best, a lie at worst. I tried to ask for them to make it right and they had no interest in that. I wrong from quoting to pickup

Communication was good but not accurate when car would be ready. This caused 3 extra trips. Most of this was electronic.
