Innovation did a great job of replacing the door on my RAV4. The paint blends well. And Bill represents the business well. When I picked up the car, and the new paint felt like sandpaper, I wasn't happy! However, the next morning I washed and dried the car. The car was like new again. The moral to this experience: never present a car to your customer dirty!!!
