I had the pleasure of meeting the General Mgr. Juan Diaz today. I had a small bumper issue that I expected to cost around $500.00. I was completely surprised that he said it would only cost $50.00. Its rare that I meet with this kind of honesty. But this shop owner has me for a customer because he earned my trust today.

Excellent service from the moment I walked theu the door. Edwin, my service advisor, kept me well informed of the progress and the staff worked with the insurance company to smooth out some procedural problems. Vehicle was ready slighty faster than O expected. ☆☆☆☆☆Would definately recommend.

I can't comment for all of Calibre, only the Tujunga location for which I'd rate it ☆☆☆☆☆
