I brought my Toyota Tundra to Caliber Collision to have my dented front chrome bumper repaired. The final product was stellar! They did a beautiful job. While I was at the repair center, in person, the customer support and attention I was given was outstanding. I was not as pleased with the automated notification system. After speaking with Anna, I initially informed her I would be setting up appointment as soon as my work schedule cleared because the Tundra is necessary for my job. I received numerous automated phone calls along the way encouraging me to make my appointment. These phone calls were distracting and bordered on annoying. I also received a very impersonal text message at 6:09 p.m. Friday night informing me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. This proved not to be the case. I appreciate Caliber Collision going the extra distance to ensure that my vehicle was repaired properly. That is the most important aspect, I believe. I would have benefited from closer personal communication and status reports so that I could run my business during the week and a half they had my vehicle.
