The work done was fabulous! The only downside was that I was told it would be 4-5 days and it ended up being 2 and 1/2 weeks. They were willing to be flexible in helping me pick up my car when it was finished. Everyone was friendly

I have already spread the word to friends about the great service you gave to me. The lady who welcomed me was immediately helpful, organized and kind. There was almost no wait for the paper work, and then Juan came to show me what all would need to be done to repair the car. When he finished showing and explaining the next steps, I asked if I needed to get a loaner car. Juan said, “See that man in the truck there? He’s taking you to Enterprise right now!!” Juan then phoned throughout the 10 days of repair, and was right there when I came to get it. The car looked beautiful, clean, ready to go! I could not have had kinder or more skilled people who made a very difficult time ( it was a hit-and-run accident) one which was so kindly handled. I’m very grateful!

The service was excellent from start to finish. There was communication every step of the way. Juan talked me through whole the process and made it less stressful. It made the process painless. Ana was exceptionally helpful when I told her we were planning to go out of town the day our vehicle was scheduled to be finished. She spoke with the repair person and was able to have the vehicle ready a day in advance. I would highly recommend this location for your next car repair. A++
