Juan Diaz, the General Manager of Caliber Colision-Tujunga, is helpful and thorough in explaining the needed fix on my car. The workmanship of the facility is superb. My 15-year old looks brand new after the repairs were completed.

I’m very satisfied with recent repair experience at Caliber collision in Tujunga site. Their team manager Juan Diaz (general manager) handle strenuous situations with a high degree of professionalism". He has an excellency communication skills. The minute I step inside the office felt comfortable being there. The receptionist Ana was very nice and approach me with a smile and did the paper work easily. All the members working there were all very nice and helpful. They all did a great job and I’m glad I went there.
