They were great! They give me a ride home and a ride there when my car was ready. The work was done so well, they even cleaned the interior and washed my car. I hope not to have to come back but if I need to, I would gladly come here. They estimated 4-5 days too, and they delievered. ^.^

Caliber did a very nice job repairing my truck. Good quality body work and the paint color matches nicely.

Only issue I experienced was at pick up. The estimators & office people did not arrive at opening and there was confusion about the deductible payment. Everything was resolved that morning but the pick up took almost one hour. This is the reason why I rated them an 9 versus a 10.

I had such a positive experience. This was already so stressful for me and Juan and the administrative assistant were so kind and helpful!! I couldn’t believe how quick the car was fixed as well! Amazing customer service!

The part they worked on my car looks brand new so I’m extremely satisfied about that and very happy with the results and not to mention the service - Juan went out of his way to deliver my vehicle to my job and took into consideration the inconvenience of having to take an uber to pick up my car, so I’m very thankful and appreciative he delivered it to me.
