Omar is AWESOME! The people in Tujunga were great. But my car was not ready at the appointed time they set up for me. They had trouble finding the paperwork (perhaps because it wasn't ready). And I noticed a nick in the spoiler. I know they put on used parts and I'm pleased that they did (reduse, reuse, recycle!) but I don't seem to have in my Caliber envelope the paper that he showed me that tells me everything they did and what was a used part or not. If they REUSED my own spoiler no problem. But if they took away mine and gave me one that's nicked that's not confidence inspiring.
