Due to the number of times it took to fix the problems, and that I had to point them out each time, I cannot recommend this body shop.

I had to deny taking the car twice because it wasn't properly repaired. I caught the problems, not the shop, before taking delivery.

While the repairs weren't done appropriately, the customer service staff seemed respectful, attentive and desireable to fix the problems. It just took too many times to do so.

In general the service Cordinator was very nice; however, he called me "honey" on a fairly regular basis, which I found a bit annoying since I'm not a young woman! Ma'am would have worked just fine! I don't think he intended to offend me but it would be good for him to be aware that many womentoday do not like to be called "honey"or "sweetie."
