Edwin was not satisfied with the initial paint job and had the paint redone. Since Caliber needed to keep the car longer for repainting, and I was not able to pick up the car before the shop closed on Friday, Caliber was able to move my pick up date to Monday.

Great customer service from the entire staff, especially from Ana & Edwin who both kept me up to date. Your automated text messaging was off by more than a week as to picking up the car- so that’s annoying for busy people!

My license plate holders (both) were inadvertently thrown away. The automated text messages were not aligned to the date that the car was actually ready. Text said ready on 5/21 and then I shockingly got a phone call on 5/12 saying it’s ready today. That’s nine days earlier than the text message.
