The Tujunga location of Calibre Collision was a pleasant experience. Although the reason for needing service was due to criminal theft. The good ppl at this location were pleasant, communicative, and efficient. They got the job done fast and well done. Highly recommend

The entire staff at the Tujunga location were a pleasure to deal with. Juan H was very thorough in his communication. I am very satisfied with the repair and speed in which it was completed, a day earlier than expected. Hopefully I won't need their services for some time but will return if I do.

They started nice. Then turned very unprofessional. I was very clear I would be taking my car for a 2nd assessment right from the beginning. when I called to inform them I will be picking my vehicle up, I was told very rudely “what is the second opinion going to do for me? tell me my car needs to be fixed”. Their kindness turned south very quickly I was stunned. Upon arriving I was told the manager left the premises with my keys. I asked if this was common practice they replied with “ he just went down the street to get paint not a big deal” which seems extremely unprofessional, especially after I spoke with him directly letting him know I’d be arriving with a tow truck. Overall I was completely unsatisfied with their customer service they provided me. I will never use this location or any caliber collision ever again in the future
