The folks at Caliber Tujunga made my car look better than new. The paint was difficult to match since it’s pearled but they did a super job. The car was ready sooner than expected. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to wait hours in a hot waiting room. This is the best Auto Repair I have ever dealt with.

I am very disappointed and frustrated with the quality of the repairs to my vehicle. I initially picked up my vehicle on Monday, March 16, and upon arriving home, I noticed a minor defect. I reached out right away, and while I appreciate that the issue was addressed, I am concerned that additional problems have now arisen. Today, Thursday, March 19, when we picked up the vehicle again, we discovered what appears to be paint damage on the third-row leather seats. This is especially concerning, as this damage was not present prior to the repairs. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it is frustrating to encounter repeated issues after multiple visits. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution as soon as possible. Please advise on next steps to address this damage.
