Honestly, we couldn’t be any more happier of choosing Caliber Collision on Spruce in Tulare, Ca. for our car’s body work after a collision. Shop went above and beyond our expectations! Diego Mendoza was our service adviser and he would always answer my wife’s text messages (she was the one that handle everything due to me being at work and not having a good service signal). He would keep us updated on new concerns. They went out of their way to have our car ready ASAP. Our car was out of the shop in less than a month & that’s only because they don’t work weekends. Grateful parts were available as well, otherwise, it would have been out of their hands to have car ready. Thank you so much Caliber Collision. Definitely a 5 out of 5 star rating! Will be definitely be referring people to you guys. Amazing work and work ethic.

From the time I walked in the door and asked about repairs, to the time I picked up my car everyone from the front desk to wonderful Diego was respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, everything you want a repair shop to be. I’ll definitely use them anytime I am in need of car repairs
