Scott was great, but some team members couldn't answer basic questions on paperwork they expected me to sign. Didn't offer options/discussions instead of pushing out the repair and couldn't update their system with updated completion info. It have to wait for a refund and no one has any idea how long that might take. The repair itself was good but this team has a learning curve to get past and then to add polish to their level of customer service.
