I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision. Even though I didn’t have an appointment and they weren’t expecting me to bring in my vehicle, they still took care of me and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Tony was transparent from the beginning and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. His communication and customer service went above and beyond—something that many businesses seem to lack nowadays. He truly exceeded my expectations. At one point, Tony called and asked if I would be open to having my vehicle serviced at another location because they were very busy and the repairs could take longer. I told him I wasn’t looking for the fastest service; I was looking for quality work and someone I could trust. Tony made me feel that he genuinely cared about both me and my vehicle, so I felt confident leaving it in his hands. The quality of the repairs and the level of customer service were well worth the wait. Thank you, Tony and the Caliber Collision team, for your honesty, communication, professionalism, and exceptional service. I highly recommend this location!

I don't know about the repair this was a loaner car but customer service gets a zero. I got two missed call and one voice mail saying to call for deductible payment and a text say to call to avoid collections. Why would I be treated with collection when I had never been contacted or billed before that
