The quality of work was very good. The car was very clean. The only thing that could be better is the timing of when to drop my car off (I didn’t find out until I dropped the car off that it might take days to get the new windshield) and when the car would be ready.

I would have given a 10, except that the washer fluid unit that was replaced did not come filled with washer fluid. A gallon cost me $3 at Walmart. So the washer fluid could not have been tested either. Running into a wall of bugs the day after picking up the car was a nightmare with bug guts smeared across the windshield.
