Every staff member that I encountered at Caliber was very courteous and professional. I dealt mostly with Rick and Samantha and they were both very helpful, informative, and communicative. Their customer service skills are exceptional and I am most appreciative of all their efforts to get my car repaired as efficiently and quickly as possible. My experience with Caliber was wonderful!!

After having our vehicle for a month, we had it home for 2 days and the windshield cracked from the bottom. This was determined to be an installation error. It then took over a week to get a new windshield because we were told it was back ordered. Again, no communication unless we reached out and initiated the call.

From the moment we left our vehicle, if we did not follow up, Rick did not call to inform us in status of our vehicle. He said upon drop off of our vehicle that he would update every Tuesday and Thursday. This did not happen until we called for updates.

The timeliness in which the repairs were completed was far better than anticipated. The regular updates on the status of the repairs were greatly appreciated! The ease of completing the drop off/pick up/paperwork was exceptional. My car was returned clean and looking brand new. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in need of repair work.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the repair work done by Caliber Collision. There was some rattling in the rear bumper after I got my vehicle back. I called and Caliber got me in right away to check the issue and was able to correct the issue by simply tightening some bolts.

Everything looks good but the air deflecter that was put on isn't the same as the one that came on the car. It had the one that wrapped into the wheel well. Other than that everything was good. Shelby kept me up to date on the progress and was grate to deal with.
