Mostly everything was great. I wish communication about the status was a little more forthcoming. Our sunroof was repaired, and when we were driving home after picking up our vehicle, we stopped to vacuum out the car, and while doing that I cut my hand on a piece of glass that had fallen onto the passenger seat. I'm not sure if that could have been prevented given the situation, but it could be very dangerous and potentially a liability for your company if someone more litigious than I were to have had that happen.

We loved the awesome Customer Service that Samantha & Rick provided. Rick told us when it would be ready & they finished a day early!! He gave me an estimate & it was what we paid! Caliber Collision fixed my wife's crunched bumper & fixed the old damage on the front passenger side panel near the headlight. The people that worked on her car did an exceptional job & even washed & vacuumed her car. Exceptional service!!! We would recommend everyone try them, you will be very happy. What a great business to have in Tyler!

Excellent customer service at front desk by Samantha Garland. Rick Hardin, Service Advisor, kept us updated all the time on our car's repair progress. The repair work on our damaged Hyundai bumper was done & you would never know that there was ever any damage! Excellent body work! Rick told us that our car would be ready on Thursday. What a surprise when Rick called us on Wednesday & told us our car was ready a day early! We are so pleased with the service we received!
