If there was a negative number, I would select that. I will tell everyone to avoid Caliber collision at all cost. No professionalism No experience Lacks integrity Work is that of a kindergartner It’s absolutely insane to me that they handed me my car back in the condition it was in.

It’s probably more expensive to fix my car after y’all “repaired” it than it was to originally repair it. Rear bumper cover not fitting right, New paint job has swirls and what looks to be sanding marks in it. As well as a small dent left in the rear quarter panel. Didn’t even fix the missing paint/dents in the rear bumper cover. (Probably should have just ordered a new OEM one and painted it, because clearly it’s beyond repair) A nut fell out of trunk lid when I was inspecting it. The wing they “pulled off and retaped” has a gap between the trunk lid and the wings mounting point. The cars paint looks like y’all dried my car off with a normal towel. (Scratches everywhere) I would have been happier if yall did nothing at all…
