I’m writing to raise concerns about the quality of repairs performed on my vehicle at your Tyler, TX location. After receiving my vehicle, I immediately noticed several issues: The front bumper was not properly installed, leaving nearly a one-inch gap. The headlights are mismatched in color. The side panel light is not functioning. Due to these problems, I’ve had to take my vehicle to your Shreveport location to have these mistakes corrected, which has been both inconvenient and frustrating. I expect a higher standard of workmanship and quality control. Please advise on how you plan to address this situation, including any accountability for the additional time and inconvenience caused.
