WOW!! From start to finish the folks at Caliber were TERRIFIC to work with. Everyone I talked with was so polite and kind whenever I talked to them. I was notified at least twice a week about the status of what the repairs are on my car. In short, I have never been more pleased with doing business with any company like I have with Caliber. They did what they told me they would do. That means a lot!!

Took over 20 days to advise me my vehicle was a total loss was not very responsive. And Sent my vehicle to the wrecking yard without letting me retrieve my belongings after telling me they wouldn’t charge me a storage fee because State Farm was one of their clients. Never again
