Just a little slow on the repair time frame but probably had to do with acquiring the parts. My wheel was replaced and I was given a used one with scratches on it which stinks because my other 3 dont have any marks on them but oh well

My experience was absolutely great! The staff was very friendly and efficient. I continually updated on the repair status. My car was completed when they said it would be. Excellent job and staff. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!! Thank you Chrsty & staff for such a pleasant experience.

I initially went to the Caliber Collision in Champaign. Left that office with an extremely bad impression as they were incompetent and rude. Was about to call a completely different company altogether when I decided to check out the Caliber Collision branch in Urbana. Right away from walking in their door to driving my car off their lot after repairs were completed. Everything went smoothly. Christy handled every step from getting my insurance set up to cover repairs to helping me lease a rental car while my car was being repaired to keeping me updated on the stages of repair. The Urbana branch was excellent!!
