Everyone there was great and the repair was well done. Even though I had to go back next day to discuss some dirty marks on the car, they took care of it without much hassle. Although, there was 2 issues for me: 1) Initially they said it would take 2 weeks and after dropping my car, it changed to 20 days. This could be avoided, as no major parts was needed for the repair and the damage was only cosmetic and small. That cost me to rent a car for an additional week. 2) The interior of the car was quite dusty and there was dirty hand marks on all doors. It wiped off, but they could have it cleaned before delivery as they caused it. Other than that, Christi was great and very professional all times. I really appreciate her help. I would recommend the shop.

Christi was amazing at overlooking all of the details that she didn’t even have control over. When it was finished, rather than making me wait all weekend to get it back on a Monday, she waited for me to come pick it up. When I dropped it off first thing, they were not even open yet but handling everything they could for me. I would recommend them anytime!

Crappy job, all for two months of having my car when I was originally told it was only going to be 2 weeks!!!! The back passenger panel is not finished right and it’s supposed to be smooth- it’s BUMPY!!! The paint is already lifting off of it and by winter, it will likely rust.

My front passenger door is messed up and won’t open from the inside!!!! The outside where the paint was applied is rough instead of smooth and will rust by the time winter comes. Totally messed up on my car, and it took TWO MONTHS when I was told it would only be two weeks. Will not be back.

I was very happy with the work that Caliber Collision did to repair our Toyota Sienna. From the start, talking to Kristie, it was clear that this was an organized place dedicated to doing high quality work. I was initially set back by the cost, but I soon realized from some research that any work on today’s complex autos is expensive, and that their cost was completely representative of the field. And there were no surprises - Kristie explained everything clearly at the beginning and as we went along. The car looked really good when they were done. I recommend them with no reservations.
