First guy that looked at Vin said no big deal. Nothing needs to be painted. Have it back to you a few days. It was coming on a holiday weekend. I looked at them explain to them how much I need. My toolbox. Didn’t wanna drop it off to him before holiday weekend nobody was gonna look at it Following Tuesday drop it to them and they had it all week following weekend into the following week like I said, it seemed like they didn’t really care once they got my van unfortunately for me I was trapped in Utica for almost the whole entire time because they promised that it wouldn’t take that long didn’t have a whole lot involved. When I question they named off everything the first guy told me I needed when he crawled under the van nothing changed, but the timing. It was really unfortunate because I do think the company is great but miscommunication treated me like a sales person would. They told me what I wanted to hear.

I've gone to Caliber collision in the past and normally wouldnt have issues. For some reason this was an issue. Current management was not kind at all.

I was trying to communicate the issue with the mechanic and someone from administration was very rude and wouldn't allow the mechanic to double check the issue that arose after my vehicle was left at caliber.

My truck was originally "reparired" at the Rome Caliber and it was the worse job I had ever seem. And my father owed Paint and Body shops for 50 years. I brought my truck back 4 times in 16 moths for peeling paint, pits in the paint, over spray everywhere, chipped paint onnthe tailgate which was repaiinted, Tape on the inner door frame thst had clear over it and is sharp enough to cut your hand...which is still there. Well anyways the Utica Caliber repaired and repainted the rear quarter panel and the paint looks great. But after 16 months it would have been nice if they touched up a spot under the door on rhe rocker panel where the paint came off just for the inconvenience I delt with for 15-16 months. But big business isnt concerned about thst. I know if my father's shops were stil open his workers would have touched it up for their customers cuz thsts what food customer sercice is.
