I gave a 9 because the repair took 3 1/2 weeks. I got a couple updates from them saying the repair was on schedule. I later found out the reason for the delay, but I had to ask, they didn't keep me informed. But, they did a nice job on the repair, the vehicle looks great.

I understand that used parts are sometimes put on vehicles. I do not have a problem with that. My problem is when they don’t even remove the marking that comes from salvage yard on the part. Its green maker or paint on the front of my black truck. They also put a piece underneath the grill that doesn’t fit. it’s too small so it’s gapped and there’s some white buildup on it which is very noticeable Also there’s another piece underneath the bumper that is ripped or cracked. How do you put that back on a vehicle? I waited over three weeks for this. I understand insurance companies can hold them up but how are you going return a vehicle like that? I sent pictures of the vehicle after I picked it up with no response but I guess I have to accept some kind of responsibility because I didn’t look the vehicle over before leaving. I’m very disappointed with Caliber Collision Utica. And the associate (Scott) who told me that i’m only upset because I didn’t have rental coverage on my policy. Excuse me!!!
