I had my 2024 Toyota Rav repaired at Caliber Collision in Utica N.Y and from contacting them by phone to dropping off and had a ride to pick up my rental within minutes . I was given a estimated date of completion and during the process I was updated via a text. You were ready for me at 7:30 AM the day I dropped off the car. From that point on you kept me up to date with the progress. You even were able to complete my car 5 days before the original date. The car looks like new again. It only had 3500 miles on it when I hit a bear! Thank you and your team!
