I recently had my truck repaired at Caliber Collision in Utica after an accident. The repair involved significant work to the bed, tailgate, bumper, exhaust, and related components. Early in the process there were some complications and disagreements involving my backup camera and a few other issues that appeared after the repair. I was understandably frustrated at that point. However, I want to give credit where it’s due. The team at Caliber continued working with State Farm and ultimately made the situation right. They replaced the necessary components, addressed the exhaust concern, and ensured everything was restored to proper working condition. When I picked the truck up after the final repair, everything was functioning correctly and the vehicle was returned to proper condition. I appreciate that they followed through and stood behind the repair until it was resolved. No repair process is perfect, but in the end Caliber made sure the job was completed properly, and I respect that.
