Car is not drivable right now. I picked up my car and on my way home sensor light went off. Car is shaking and not driving correctly. Will call Monday to have caliber tow my vehicle back to shop.

Scott advised me my rental was being paid for and then turned around and advised because it had not been over 30 days decided not paying rental had to escalate. Expressed concern about undercarriage damage said they checked during repairs found more damage because nobody looked initially. Scott had a very bad attitude had to deal with manager who makes excuses and does not take accountability but is kind. Upon picking up my vehicle the handle did not work to open my door had to go to work and come back during lunch break to get my vehicle. Horrible overall experience.
