I was treated very well by your office personnel and especially from Mike who stayed on top of all the parts that were on back orders. He kept me abreast of all the parts as they came in. He did his best to complete the repairs, especially coordinating the calibration of the sensors threw another facility in Utica. Best car repair experience I have ever had! I was kept updated throughout the process, it was finished earlier than expected, my car came out cleaner than it went in (a nice surprise!), and the repair was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. Very pleased!! Highly recommend Caliber.
