The staff was great to work with. However, the fact that aftermarket parts were of poor quality and the fit was terrible, this caused extra trips and wasted time.

The team at Caliber -Utica is top notch! Friendly and professional, they went above and beyond "normal" service. They made phone calls for me when my rental was late and they were very patient with me when there was a mix up with my bank payment. The service done on my car was high quality and thorough. They even touched up a small detail just because I asked a question about it. I highly recommend Caliber to everyone.
