Before the sunroof repair, the headliner was tight and properly fitted around the sunroof opening. Since the repair, the headliner is loose and sagging at the front passenger-side corner. I’d like the headliner reinstalled so it matches its pre-loss condition.

All of the Caliper Collision staffs are top professionals! The moment I walked in I was greeted by Carmen who was at the front desk. She was very cordial and provided awesome customer service. Then I was greeded by Technician Todd and we went over the vehicle damages and gave me an estimate and the process of vehicle repair. He updated me on the status of repair often and he was very professional in person as well as over the phone. On the day of my vehicle pick up my Jeep was parked near the entrance all ready to go. I went inside the office and I was greeted by Technician Tayler. He was very thorough and took his time to explain in details of the repair and exactly what was done to the vehicle. You can't get any better service than that. He was also very professional and answered all my questions. My Jeep wrangle looks great and look like new. Everyone at the Caliber Collision did a fantastic job in repairing my Jeep Wrangler to its original condition and without any delay. Folks at Caliper Collision understands returning customers vehicle in a timely manner is important and they provided exactly that, a top notch service you won't get it anywhere else. Thank you!
