All of the Caliper Collision staffs are top professionals! The moment I walked in I was greeted by Carmen who was at the front desk. She was very cordial and provided awesome customer service. Then I was greeded by Technician Todd and we went over the vehicle damages and gave me an estimate and the process of vehicle repair. He updated me on the status of repair often and he was very professional in person as well as over the phone. On the day of my vehicle pick up my Jeep was parked near the entrance all ready to go. I went inside the office and I was greeted by Technician Tayler. He was very thorough and took his time to explain in details of the repair and exactly what was done to the vehicle. You can't get any better service than that. He was also very professional and answered all my questions. My Jeep wrangle looks great and look like new. Everyone at the Caliber Collision did a fantastic job in repairing my Jeep Wrangler to its original condition and without any delay. Folks at Caliper Collision understands returning customers vehicle in a timely manner is important and they provided exactly that, a top notch service you won't get it anywhere else. Thank you! From start to finish, my experience with this team was absolutely wonderful. I initially stopped by just to get an estimate while deciding whether to handle the repairs out of pocket. Carmen greeted me with a warm, welcoming attitude and seamlessly handed me off to Todd, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Todd took the time to take photos of my vehicle, clearly explained the next steps, and handled all the paperwork efficiently. The quote they provided was exceptionally fair and reasonable, especially compared to the inflated pricing you sometimes find at other shops. I dropped my vehicle off the following day, and even when a minor wrinkle came up—Toyota accidentally sent the wrong part—the team's transparency and efficiency truly shined. They communicated the delay honestly, and even with that hiccup, my car was ready in just two days! I had been fully prepared to be without my vehicle for a week, so a two-day turnaround time was a fantastic surprise. Their exceptional customer service, honesty, and promptness completely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services and will certainly return if I ever need help in the future.
