Very satisfied with the work that was done and the exceptional customer service. My car looks brand new and it’s a relief. It was done almost a week earlier than expected and it was nice to get my car back so soon and get my life back to normal. I give the whole experience a 10/10.

Love the service at Caliber Collision. My car came out perfectly. All the mechanics explained everything that would happy clearly and understandable to me. The only issue was from the receptionist. She asked me when. I would bring in my car when my car was there already two days. I never received a call that my vehicle was ready. I had to call them three times during two days. I was never told that I could leave my rented enterprise car there and it would get picked up and even after my vehicle was done I didn’t receive this rating app or the conclusion that my vehicle was done until today when I picked it up last Friday something needs to be done about everybody knowing and on the same page of what’s going on in the garage.

Kept me up to date with the progress of repairing my vehicle, and even gave me an estimated date of when they may be finished with it. Thankfully it was finished ahead of schedule, and am satisfied with the services they provided me in a timely manner. My truck was operating perfectly fine and the lady drove it back to get the work done on it. When I came back to get my truck the rack and pinion power steering did not work. As soon as I got in my truck to leave I went in there and the guy came out and looked at it and said what a coincidence it must just went out while it was in my shop All the oil was sitting on the ground under my truck where it was parked for me to pick it up where I parked it previously for them to take it back there. There was not one drop of oil

I reallly appreciate Blake's all hard work and the professionalism shown at Collision Caliber Body Shop. He provided excellent customer services from the start to the end. He also voluntarily gave me a ride to the rental car place after he found out they were so busy and unable to talk over the phone at rental car place.
