Each of them made me feel that they were genuinely concerned about my vehicle repair issues. The vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and the end product was a joy to see. Theresa was beyond measure with keeping me abreast of each and every detail of the repair process. Her joyful demeanor and knowledge fo vehicles made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. She was diligent in explaining the why and how each step of the repair needed to be done. Theresa always updated me throughout process which I really appreciated. If the scoring process went to 11, I would give Caliber Collision a 11. And I would most assuredly score Theresa 11 plus.

The car looks beautiful!! The original estimated time was two weeks, it only took four days!! My car looks amazing on the inside and out! Thresa kept me updated on the entire process and stayed after hours to accommodate my crazy work schedule so I could pick my car up before I went out of town for the weekend! It’s such a relief know when you can drop your vehicle off with a company you trust to not only be honest but do an amazing job and restore your vehicle back to perfect condition.
