I worked with Carrie and from the day I dropped in to get an estimate, through the repair process and up until I picked up my vehicle, she as well as the staff there, were warm, friendly, and answered any questions I had regarding the process. I felt completely at ease that my car was in good hands. When I picked up my vehicle as promised it was restored to good as new condition, as if the accident never happened. The bumper was not properly repaired. Also, When I came to pickup the car there was a blue strip on the drivers door. I had to question what and why it was there. I had to wait until it was cleaned.
