Oh my goodness! You guys were spot-on with everything from customer service to repair! I was blown away by both Gerson & Kellie’s thorough & kind communication. They both explained exactly what was going on with my vehicle (in non-car-person language, so I could understand). A bit about my circumstances… I was trying to make it home before a blizzard rolled through my town and the CC crew went out of their way to ensure that I could get home safe and timely. Kellie warmly welcomed my kids & dad into the shop and let my kids guzzle hot cocoa from the Keurig. Hospitality & professionalism goes such a long way and I’m incredibly grateful for how smooth & painless (dare I say, enjoyable?!) Caliber Collision made the whole process.
