All I can say is THANK YOU!! Johnny made this whole experience easy and stress free. The whole process from start to finish was so pleasant, super efficient and the work looks great!! The updates during the process were greatly appreciated as well. If I ever (and let’s hope not) have to have my car repaired again I would definitely take it back to Johnny and the team at Caliber Collision in Davis. 1. Everyone who answered my calls were truly graceful, patient and understanding people. 2. I was given two courtesy rides from the shop to my home and from my home to the shop to make my car repairs experience smooth and stress-free. 3. My car was not only repaired but also washed. Caliber went above and beyond and I’m truly grateful.

The dissatisfaction is not because of the out come it comes from what happened during the process causing negligence without attention to detail. The out come was very impressive and satisfying just getting to that point was very challenging and frustrating

It was nervous for my first time going to a body shop by myself, but the Caliber Collision team was completely transparent, communicative, and extremely reliable. Jennifer helped me make an appointment and greeted me at the front, making me feel more comfortable and easing my worries. Keith helped make an estimate based on the damage and explained what exactly what I’m paying for. He even tried his best to minimize the cost, which is what I paid at the end (accurate estimate, no added costs after the repair). I love this team and will for sure be recommended them to my friends who get into some trouble. Hopefully I won’t have to see them again lol but if I have to, I know I’ll be in great hands :)

Poor communication about repeated delays for completion of work. I kept getting vague text messages that repairs were proceeding (likely automated & not at all helpful), but when I called for a specific estimate of date for completion, it was still weeks away.

Keith was amazing and highly communicative. The receptionist was also fantastic (apologies I do not know her name) but you have a superb team who deserve raises! Love the popcorn too!

There were some hardness cables loose, I don't think caliber Collision installed an original bumper on my truck as insurance stated.
