The workers have no respect for my property/car. My car isn’t in your shop for your entertainment purposes. No need to blast my stereo to see how loud it can get. You work at an autobody shop, so why use my front bumper/hood as a seat to fix your shoes or tie your shoes?

One of the clips for the rear bumper was “unrepairable” and supposedly “broke and stretched” before the accident, on a 2018 car. Why not call to ask if i wanted it fixed, I would of paid out of my own pocket to have bumper look like it did before being rear ended. Allegedly the shop “tried” several times to fix it, but that was a lie.
