The worst company like others chain kind companies who cares only about their profit and relationships with insurance companies. Has good reviews on Google Maps but if you analyze it you will see most of them are fake.

Caliber Collision is a very clean and organized shop. My car came out looking brand new. Todd was amazing keeping me updated and working with me on making sure my aftermarket wheels were taken care of. Highly recommend this shop! Process was a breeze since they partner with Geico.

I give a 10 for communication; both people were on it when it came to keeping me up to date on what was going on with my car👍 Unfortunately, when I got my car back I was in a rush so I didn’t pay much attention. One of my tail lights had a broken clip so it was not positioned as it should be, therefore, creating a gap that rain got into for 2 days before I noticed it🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I’m now waiting on Amazon to deliver a new clip ($10 fix) so I can have it replaced. *I would still return to this company in the future😊 I’d just do a walk around next time just in case!
