What made me decide to bring my car to your company was my father brought his car in with a small nick and paint scuff mark from another car door a few weeks ago and you took the time to buff it out and not bill, it impressed my father. I was just as impressed from the greeting I received at the front desk and from Ken, the constant text message and voice call updates, completing the work 2 days ahead of schedule, when I picked it up I was greeted by name, I was actually recognized and remembered, again impressed, outstanding customer service and the quality of work just as impressive, I was walked out to my car we reviewed the work, found my car was washed and detailed we found one thing that needed to be addressed the mechanic can out in less the 2 minutes greeted me addressed it thanked me for my business shook my hand and I was on my way, it was a great experience, thank you
