Todd was the best....he communicated from the beginning to the end of my repairs for my car. He was well spoken didnt make me feel bad. I really appreciated everything after having a horrible week. In different people that I have run into that have asked my opinion on caliber. I have given you people an A+ and the gentleman that I was working with on my car, Todd Reifsnyder was an excellent person for communication on all aspects of my repair on my automobile.

I was in touch with Todd Reifsnyder that was my contact and the man that I would go to for information on my car. He also would keep in touch with me on any situations that come up that needed my attention concerning the repair of my automobile. Todd was an exceptional person for me to be in contact with. He was very professional on all aspects of my repair on my automobile. Along with caliber repair, I've been very impressed with the people that I have to deal with through that company. I also again think the communication with your service advisor, which in my case was Todd makes a heck of a difference on The communication that that person keeps in touch with you as Todd did with me on all aspects of the repair. Very competent person.
