One of the worst experiences I’ve had when dealing with this sort of thing. Me and my wife had to do most of the leg work when dealing with the insurance company to get the money transferred over to caliber while the manager held the truck hostage for about 4 or 5 days. We had to borrow vehicles from family members and catch rides from friends over the weekend after our truck had already been completely finished because he didn’t believe that the insurance company was going to send the rest of the final payment and I’m assuming he didn’t trust that either way we would make it right on our end to get our only form of transportation back. The work done on the truck was decent with minor issues in certain areas but I wasn’t going to bring any of it up due to not wanting to prolong the service a minute longer. Complete nightmare that if given the chance to do again I would just drive the truck with a small dent in the tailgate and minor twist in the bumper. I normally would understand situations like these but my co- worker went thru a similar scenario with the same location a month prior. Lesson learned on this one.

There is some minor damage to the leading edge of the sun shade I don’t remember being there before the repairs, however, I can’t be certain it wasn’t like that beforehand. Also, the first time I retracted the sunshade after the repairs I heard what sounded like glass crunching when it fully retracted.

Absolutely. Caliber has done all of my daughter’s repair work and she is OCD about her trucks. Yall continue to live up to the highest expectations and standards. Both in quality and service.

Great service but they need to do better at there original estimate!! Original estimate was lower do to them not preforming a mechanical inspection. Front end needed more work than on the original estimate. $5000.0 causing a week delay on returning my vehicle.
