My vehicle is still in the body shop HOWEVER caliber reported to travelers that the work was done and the vehicle was picked up. I have requested 4 times to have the date corrected, I was assured it would be correct d but no one, including the manager, has taken care of their known error.

This is the 2nd time in 4 years that my truck was damaged by a careless 2nd party and Caliber Collision got it in and out VERY QUICKLY and FANTASTICALLY REPAIRED. I know they are extremely busy (this is the Houston Area after all) but I was treated as if I was their most important and only customer. I am extremely grateful to the excellent staff at Caliber and would recommend them to ANYONE. God Bless them all and may they have a WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS and A VERY HAPPY and PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR.

I'm really satisfied with the way the whole process was handled, how my vehicle was brought back to life, the communication s were amazing. The way they kept me informed about every step was superb.
