The repair experience was very easy either the staff at Valley Ranch. Kayla, Angie and their manager, Ron, not sure of his name. They are all professional, responsive and thorough. I really appreciate them and would recommend this location anytime.

Communication was extremely poor and the length of time for the repair was unreasonable. It took month to complete the repairs, previous experience with a different repair facility offered a much higher level of communication. I had to find out myself the repairs were complete instead of someone notifying me they were done.
